"To Whom it May Concern
I Les Brum had an injury while in Mexico at Ajijic I went to the office of
Surgery Host, where I met Ms.Lorena Rule Tazzer . She made an appointment with a
wonderful Sports Doctor by the name of Dr. Francisco Arroyo. We agreed to a date
for an operation.
At such time I and my wife Ann were picked up at our door by Lorena and were
taken to Guadalajara. That was exceptionally gratifying for we do not know our
way around the big city. We arrived at the Hospital where I was admitted for a 1
day stay, where I was very pleased with the care I was given.
The Doctor’s care was so rewarding that I always felt in the best of hands for
wonderful care.
The day of my release Ms. Lorena Rule Tazzer came and picked us up at the
hospital and returned us to our home. That is something we thought was very nice
and comforting being in a strange country.
If I may take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to all involved for such
Professional and such personal care that I received while in a strange country
and not knowing where to go to start with. THANK YOU Les & Ann Brum PS: We will
